Development 

We are a team of innovative Developers, QA and DevOps specialists using frameworks and approaches like Scrum and Agile, along with the newest technology in cloud development to provide innovative solutions to customers’ needs, and to build our own products for the global market.

Marketing & Design

The Marketing department drives the promotional engine for 1Nebula. The team performs various tasks and activities such as market research, test marketing, advertising, branding, copywriting, and designing. We are responsible for increasing brand awareness overall, while also driving potential and recurring customers to our products and services. We, as a team, monitor market trends and identify consumer needs and wants.

Product

Our team strives to create products that meet the highest standards. Business Analysts ensure that stakeholders’ needs are clear, while UI/UX specialists work on designing cutting edge, state-of-the-art products. Product Owners work with Developers to ensure this vision becomes a reality and clients are satisfied with our end product. We make use of tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, Adobe and Azure DevOps to ensure our processes are streamlined and centralised.

 
 

Corporate Support

Our Corporate Support Team provides Information Technology, Finance Management and Human Resource Management support functions in our company. The IT Team monitors and maintains the company computer systems, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. The Finance team plans and manages company money, making sure the group can access cash in sustainable ways and uses financial analysis to assist in business decision-making. Our HR team ensures we attract, retain and develop the best talent available.

Customer Success

Nebula’s Customer Success Team are the custodians of Nebula’s SaaS platforms. The team assists with onboarding, training and in the case of OneView, manages clients’ environments by providing operational support (bundle management, connectivity, IMACDs) and engages vendors on behalf of clients to ensure cost- & process optimisation. Our Customer Success team performs benchmarking and financial analysis of our clients’ technology environments, deliver monthly reporting (cost recoveries, user/manager spend reports, etc.) and provide insightful recommendations to clients. The team also facilitates new OneView® functionality for clients, in conjunction with Nebula’s Development team.

Outsourcing Services

Nebula’s Outsource Enterprise Telecoms Management Services (OETMS) empower current and potential clients to implement and operate sustainability as a business success strategy. We help clients make informed decisions and implement management best practices, to achieve their business’ ROI and performance requirements across key technology and management practices. This is achieved by implementing and strengthening their internal capabilities using Nebula’s OETMS 10-key Management Methodology and automated system support provided by Nebula’s OneView® platform.
