The Outsourced Enterprise Telecommunications Management Services Periodic Compliance Check does not include an onsite team or any of the operational activities. It is a periodic health check and reporting on the telecommunications environment to improve service delivery, ensure performance by vendors is as promised and determine the required capacity for traffic routing, as well as ensuring that traffic is routed optimally from a financial standpoint. Typically the OETMS PCC consists of either quarterly or bi-annual telecommunications audits and environment adjustment recommendations or monthly management reporting for the voice environment to allow the company to continually make their own traffic routing adjustments. The ownership and responsibility to maintain the baseline profile and data sources reside with the client. The health check will utilise the clients’ baseline information for input and integrity to conduct the health check. This service is not subject to service levels compliance.

The periodic health check program allows for the realisation and monitoring of the benefits of an in-house sustainability program. It also supports early warning capability to mitigate risks and potential negative business impacts.
