Senior Consultant : BPO and Operating Model Design

Nebula seeks a candidate to take on the challenging role of Senior Consultant : BPO and Operating Model Design.  The ideal candidate would have the following required experience, competencies and skills:

Education:

  • B.Com / B. Industrial Engineering
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Certified Process Analyst

Experience:

  • Account Management
  • Business Development
  • Telecommunications Industry
  • Product Development
  • Professional Services Firm - Consulting
  • Proven track record with relevant industry clients - provide list
  • National team management
  • Proven management and leadership skills

Critical Competencies:

  • Ability to analyse client problems and propose necessary effective solutions/advice to the client to solve the problem
  • Ability to project professional image and above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, commercially and be able to provide input for account and portfolio strategies
  • Ability to plan, forecast and project the portfolio and client engagement revenue and profitability per product and service
  • Ability to manage and develop new BPM services in the telecommunications industry
  • Ability to manage the knowledge delivery of BPM projects nationally to the required Nebula standards
  • Ability to develop new BPM products and services to the required Nebula standard and quality
  • Ability to manage existing BPM products and services to the required Nebula standard and quality
  • Ability to manage the quality assurance of BPM projects nationally
  • Ability to train and coach project managers to Nebula standards and methodologies
