Principal Consultant: Implementation and Transition Management

Nebula seeks a candidate to take on the challenging role of Principal Consultant: Implementation and Transition Management. The ideal candidate would have the following required experience, competencies and skills:  

Education:

  • B.Com
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

Experience:

  • Account Management
  • Business Development
  • Telecommunications Industry
  • Program Management
  • Professional Services Firm - Consulting and Project Management
  • Proven track record with relevant industry clients - provide list
  • National team management and resource planning and allocation
  • Proven management and leadership skills

Critical Competencies:

  • Ability to analyse client problems and propose necessary effective solutions/advice/skilled resources to the client to solve the problem
  • Ability to project professional image and above average interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, commercially and be able to provide input for account and portfolio strategies
  • Ability to plan, forecast and project the portfolio and client engagement revenue and profitability per project
  • Ability to manage, forecast and optimally utilize the Nebula resource pool nationally
  • Ability to manage and develop new project management services in the telecommunications industry
  • Ability to manage all Nebula projects nationally to the required Nebula standards
  • Ability to develop and optimize new products and services in project execution to the required Nebula standard and quality
  • Ability to train and coach project managers to Nebula standards and methodologies
  • Ability to manage the Nebula resource pool optimally to ensure appropriate skill set matches client needs
  • Ability to manage the quality assurance of projects nationally to mitigate risk
