Nebula seeks a candidate to take on the challenging role of Junior Technical Support Specialist . The incumbent will provide an effective service delivery service to a client at a site and ensures that all service requests and incidents are resolved expeditiously, with a high level of expertise and professionalism to the complete satisfaction of the client.

Functional competency requirements:
- Grade 12 and ICT certification in any of the telecommunications technologies;
- 1 year experience within the telecommunications industry;
- Basic understanding and knowledge of the MS Suite of products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Key Performance Areas - Service Delivery:
- Attending to the programming of systems;
- Handling service requests from the client and ensuring that these are resolved in a timely manner to the complete satisfaction of the client;
- Investigating any incidents that are escalated for resolution and providing feedback to all relevant stakeholders on progress made;
- Compiling service delivery reports as required;
- Providing information to Shared Support Services when required and in a timely manner;
- Advising the client on bandwidth requirements to support the desired telecommunications infrastructure and network;
- Recommending areas in which the systems can be improved on site to secure costs savings for the client or additional value adds;
- Maintaining an asset register
