Business Support Specialist - Financial Administration


Department:  Outsource Enterprise Management Services

Location: Western Cape

Nebula seeks a candidate to take on the challenging role of Business Support Specialist - Financial Administration. The ideal candidate would have the following required experience, competencies and skills.

Education:

  • National Diploma or degree Business/Financial (i.e. BCom)
  • TMS Training advantageous
  • Analyst training or certificate advantageous

Experience:

  • Data analysis
  • Financial Reconciliation and Charge-out
  • Telecommunications and/or IT industry

  • Customer Relationship Management (i.e. vendors, service providers, clients, management)

  • Reporting/report writing

  • Compliance and Governance management

  • Financial Packages (SAP; Oracle, Ariba etc.)

Critical Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Excellent computer skills (specifically, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent ability to analyse environments (Telecoms and financial) and provide detailed reporting

  • Ability to deliver on-going high performance in terms of quality and quantity of work output

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to work under a tight time constraints and deliver timeously on contracted goals

  • Ability to work within stringent governance and compliance environments

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management

  • Ability to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with clients, colleagues & managers.
